Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)


Your job
  • You are responsible for the strategic planning, implementation of campaigns and optimisation of online marketing channels (e.g. Google, Instagram/Facebook, Youtube, Display, Automation etc.)
  • You create target group analyses and customer journeys
  • You independently carry out website, keyword and competition analyses
  • You have experience with landing pages and know the measures for conversion optimisation
  • You coordinate the marketing team and external online marketing service providers
  • You will independently monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure that we achieve our goals, including budget compliance, and make recommendations for action as needed.
  • You create meaningful reports (using e.g. Google Analytics and Google Data Studio)
  • You research best practices and identify new potential for existing and new channels
  • You will support our content managers in the implementation of mailing campaigns and social media activities

What should you bring with you?
  • You have several years of experience in performance marketing and the operational management of online marketing campaigns.
  • You have good knowledge of SEO, SEA, CRM systems, newsletter tools and funnel marketing and have a proven track record of success
  • You have a very good technical understanding and are confident in using relevant tools
  • You are enthusiastic about digital trends and have a keen sense of how to address specific target groups
  • You have in-depth experience in analysing website KPIs and are familiar with Google analytics tools

Your tasks include
  • You represent Schindelhauer as the first contact person on the phone as well as via email and helpdesk system to the outside world and you really like to get in touch with many different people every day.
  • You are an organisational talent and have full control of the office management. This includes the following tasks:
    • General office tasks and office orders
    • Assisting with the organisational preparation of meetings, team events, travel and events
    • Assist with staff announcements and onboarding
    • Support with bookkeeping
