Shipping and Delivery Info
There are two options available for shipping our bikes:
Option 1: Direct shipment to you at a specified address
Cost: We ship our bikes through our courier service TLT/CargoLine within Germany and the euro zone for free (excluding islands).
Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 2-3 work days within Germany and 2-7 days outside of Germany. Please note that the courier generally only delivers on work days, not on weekends or holidays.
Tracking: We will send you an email confirmation including a link with a tracking number when your item has been dispatched. The courier will arrange a delivery time with you in advance by phone.
Scope of Delivery: Our bicycles are 95% pre-assembled: you only need to mount the pedals and align the handlebars. A manual is enclosed in the bike box. Please note that accessories such as mudguards are shipped separately with UPS.
Option 2: Delivery to a dealer of your choice
We can ship your bike for free to one of our dealers who will professionally assemble it for you free of charge; you can arrange to pick it up whenever you want. You can also arrange for the dealer to mount accessories such as mudguards or pannier racks for a service fee; details on this can be discussed with the dealer, who can also consult you if you have further requests.
All participating dealers in the eurozone can be found in the checkout process when selecting a delivery address. You can also check out our dealer search in advance to find the closest Schindelhauer dealer in your area.
Shipping Parts and Accessories
Our accessories are shipped (and insured) with UPS within Germany and Europe. Shipping costs depend on the value of the item including VAT, and are displayed in the checkout basket before the order is dispatched:

Insurance / Shipping Damage
Parts & Accessories: All of our parcels are insured during the delivery process. When you receive your parcel, please inspect the box and content carefully for damage. Visible scratches, defects and damage should be reported within 24 hours by email at email@example.com.
Bike boxes: When your bike arrives, please check the box thoroughly before signing. Damaged boxes should not be accepted. Boxes with visible dents or scratches, or boxes that were not delivered in an upright position must be noted and countersigned by the courier in the delivery confirmation, and must be reported within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have the right to cancel your order without a reason within 14 days. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
