Versatile features

Two different frame designs allow a wide range of transmission options: Single speed, Alfine Di2 11-speed, Pinion C-Line 6-/9-/12-speed, Pinion P-Line 9-/12- /18-speed and Rohloff 14-speed. Features such as colour, mudguards, luggage rack, LightSKIN lighting setup, grips and saddle can also be customised. The low bottom bracket and long head tube and top tube result in a sporty seating position that is also suitable for touring. To maintain the purist design, all cables are routed internally.

Single speed

As a sleek commuter for everyday urban use, Wilhelm is the ideal companion in the single speed variant. Hydraulic disc brakes ensure responsive deceleration and safety in wet conditions. Features such as handlebars, lights and mudguards can be individually configured.

Hydraulic system with drilled hole pattern in the brake levers that both reduce weight and increase grip.

Brooks leather applications

The classic combination of B17 saddle and handlebar tape for a natural grip feeling. Other components are also available on request.

Pinion C- /P-Line

Developed by former Porsche engineers, Pinion represents the top class of bicycle gears. It is characterised by extremely high durability, but at the same time minimal maintenance requirements. On Wilhelm with Pinion transmission, all gears can be shifted in succession or skipped in whatever order required - regardless of whether the bike is moving or not.

C-Line

The C-Line are the smallest and at the same time most powerful central gearboxes. With an overall ratio of 295 % (6-speed) to 600 % (12-speed), they are perfectly suited for urban riding.

P-Line

For extreme conditions, the particularly robust P-Line has up to 18 gears and a spread of 636 %.

Shimano Alfine Di2

Precise, fast and convenient – Wilhelm can also be equipped with the electronic variant of the popular Shimano Alfine hub gears. Shifting is much more reliable and faster, while durability and resistance are significantly higher than with a mechanical system.

11-gear-hub

The well-proven Shimano Alfine 11-speed hub works quietly, reliably and quickly. With a spread of 409 %, it offers enough leeway for extended tours with climbs and tailwind passages.

Unobtrusive, light, quiet

The servomotor for controlling the hub is inconspicuously integrated, cables are routed internally.

Control at the touch of a button

Convenient and fast operation with separate display to show the selected gear and battery charge status.

Rohloff Speedhub

Made in Germany, the Rohloff Speedhub 14-speed internal geared hub is an engineering marvel. Developed for both pros and performance-oriented hobby cyclists, the high-performance gearbox offers complete reliability even in the toughest conditions.

The overall gear range of 526% is made up of 14 regularly spaced gears, so you can easily find the right gear for the terrain you are exploring.

Control via shift lever

All 14 gears can either be individually shifted up and down one after the other or by jumping several gears. The shift lever works with two shift cables.

Internal cable rooting

All cables are routed internally in the frame and fork of the new, redesigned frame generation.

Where and how can I buy a Schindelhauer bike?

There are two options for buying a Schindelhauer bike: 1. delivery directly to your home: If you cannot find a Schindelhauer specialist dealer near you via our dealer search, you can also have your desired model delivered directly to your home. The bicycle comes almost completely assembled. When setting up the bicycle yourself, please follow the instructions in the manual as well as the instructions for regular maintenance and care. Take your bicycle to a specialist workshop for regular inspection. We generally recommend, especially for e-bikes, that you have your bike assembled at a Schindelhauer specialist dealer or a specialist bicycle shop in your area. 2. online purchase and delivery to a Schindelhauer dealer of your choice (Euro zone only): On request we can have your bike delivered to one of our dealers at no additional cost. This dealer will professionally assemble the bike for you free of charge and will make it available for collection by arrangement. In the online purchasing process, you will be given the option of selecting a Schindelhauer dealer near you as your delivery address.ny accessories ordered along with the bike, which are not part of the standard equipment, will be fitted directly in consultation with the dealer; assembly costs may be incurred here.
